Cancellation policy


What is the Campanyon cancellation policy?

At Campanyon, hosts can choose between 5 cancellation policies:
  • Super Flexible
    If the guest cancels the booking
    Less than 24 hours prior to check-in day and time: The host will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees). The guest will not be refunded.
    At least 24 hours prior to check-in day and time: The guest will receive a full refund (minus service fees). The host will not be paid.
  • Flexible
    If the guest cancels the booking
    Less than 7 days prior to check-in day and time: The host will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees). The guest will not be refunded.
    At least 7 days prior to check-in day and time: The guest will receive a full refund (minus service fees). The host will not be paid.
  • Moderate
    If the guest cancels the booking
    Less than 14 days prior to check-in day and time: The host will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees). The guest will not be refunded.
    At least 14 days prior to check-in day and time: The guest will receive a full refund (minus service fees). The host will not be paid.
  • Strict
    If the guest cancels the booking
    Less than 14 days prior to check-in day and time: The host will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees). The guest will not be refunded.
    Less than 30 days and at least 14 days prior to check-in day and time: The host will receive 50% of the booking payout (minus Campanyon’s fees). The guest will receive a 50% refund (minus service fees).
    At least 30 days prior to check-in day and time: The guest will receive a full refund (minus service fees). The host will not be paid.
  • Super strict
    If the guest cancels the booking
    Less than 30 days prior to check-in day and time: The host will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees). The guest will not be refunded.
    Less than 60 days and at least 30 days prior to check-in day and time: The host will receive 50% of the booking payout (minus Campanyon’s fees). The guest will receive a 50% refund (minus service fees).
    At least 60 days prior to check-in day and time: The guest will receive a full refund (minus service fees). The host will not be paid.
    • The cancellation policy corresponds with the check-in date and time.Important note: When a host accepts a booking, they are committed to honouring it. Because of this, there is no cancellation policy for hosts. If it is absolutely necessary to cancel a booking - as a result of an acute illness, accident, or death in the immediate family - please reach out to us by or by emailing us at
