Refúgio rural para amantes de animais

Sadly we were unable to stay this time due to some unforeseen circumstances. Rosa's communication was excellent and understanding throughout. We can't wait to return and stay at Cumeada da Ponte.

I was definitely not expecting such a nice place when I booked it. It was a lovely experience. João and Rosa are nice and welcoming beyond expectations! We were hiking along the GR41 and were just looking for a place to spend the night. João gave us a ride to the next village so that we can have a beer and make some shopping, and at night we had a great talk with them about their projects at Cumeada da Ponte. One point though: this place is only for animals lovers ;-) There you will have free access to a clean bathroom with hot shower, and also to a kitchen. The sight over the Natural Park at night is breathtaking, and if you are an early bird, you'll probably see the sunrise right in front of you.
