Electricity, water, wifi, private property with a parking spot with a lot of activities close by. We prefer quiet people with no partying on-site. We mainly provide this service for those who need a place to park with a van/camper/mobile home for a night or week(ends). Some toys available on site, we have a gas grill and bonfire pan.
