With us, you will experience nature close to your body and mind. This is a paddling and hiking paradise for both young and old, where we offer accommodation in a specially designed yurt in an outdoor camp. Here you have both the sea and great hiking terrain right on your doorstep in spectacular nature, just 2 hours' journey from Tromsø. Complete tour packages for up to 4 people We offer complete tour packages (preferably 3-day packages) with accommodation, transport, food, paddling with associated equipment, mountain tours and a guide who is also your host throughout your stay. In winter, in addition to winter paddling, we also offer ski and snowshoe tours. All our tours are private and we adapt each tour to our guests' level of experience, wishes and weather conditions. We also warmly welcome families with children. The space is a gem and a unique place to get away from everyday life. NB. The 3-day tours start either on Mondays or Fridays. Price stated in the order applies to a 3-day trip, i.e. 2 nights and for 2 people Eco-camp The camp has no electricity but we use nature's resources such as wind power and solar energy. We get water from a nearby stream or use rainwater. Recycling is our focus, and environmental measures such as picking up marine litter are a natural part of our tours. We support local measures and local businesses. What is a yurt? Traditionally, a yurt is a portable, round tent covered in leather or felt and used as a dwelling by nomads in the steppes of Central Asia. Our yurts are a modern variant and specially designed. Glamping and "back to nature" Glamping means a combination of luxury and outdoor life. Our yurts are winter-insulated and heated with kerosene and wood-burning stoves, making them comfortable even in winter. The glass dome on top of the roof means that the light spreads in a great way in the yurt and since it is a form of tent, you will be able to clearly hear the sounds of nature such as waves, current, wind and animal and bird life. The location of the camp and the very form of living with a "room" gives a unique closeness to nature, and a great community with those you travel with in a cozy atmosphere. This is the place where you get a "back to nature" experience. Living in a yurt will give you a completely new experience - really closer to nature - and your loved ones! Welcome to us!
