Cosy glamping tent by fields and forest

About the place
North of our disused farm, you will find Østerli Farm Glamping: a 30m2 large canvas tent furnished with beds and tables as well as basic necessities such as an electric kettle and fridge. There is room for four here, but best for two - possibly with children.

Next to the tent you will find the private terrace with room for four as well as a fire pit, grill and hammock from which the beautiful view over Ibsker's fields can be enjoyed. Behind the fields there is both a forest, a medieval church and a rich wildlife - especially in the early morning hours.

A few meters from the tent you will find the private bath mobile with toilet and shower with hot water. 

The area
Within cycling distance you will find both the island's second largest city, Nexø, wonderful Svaneke and charming Aarsdale. All offer wonderful shops, fabulous restaurants and cozy cafes.

The nature in the area is a piece of its own. Østerli is located in the middle between beach and forest, with the Paradisbakkerne closest in the backyard. Here you will find both crevasse valleys and wild nature - bring water and stick to the paths - even seasoned locals can get lost here!

The local possibilities
10 minutes by car brings you to Dueodde - a fantastic beach that has been voted one of Europe's best for several years in a row. If you are traveling with small children, nearby Balka is recommended - you will not want to go home again.

Practical information about Østerli
On arrival you will find further information about Østerli and the local area. Please note that there are four cats and 10 chickens living on the farm, all free-range. It is therefore important to close the tent when you are not present - otherwise the animals will enter. Some of the cats like to cuddle, others are shy. Neither cats nor chickens bite. ;)

Feel free to use pacifiers or socks in the tent. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but not in either the tent or the bath trailer.

There is firewood in the fire pit for free use. If you want more, this can be purchased on request.

Possibility of charging electric cars by agreement (for additional payment) and, of course, free parking for several cars.

Østerli is a private home. We would like to keep parts of the area private, while others are for free use. Maps are available in the tent, but don't be afraid to say hello - we speak Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, German and Polish.
