Make yourself comfortable on the cabin's private covered terrace, enjoy the surroundings and each other. You experience a wonderful getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, where you live in the middle of a working Danish organic vineyard. The cottage, built in 2021, is located right next to the vineyards with a view of some of Denmark's oldest vines planted in 2006 and 7. With them on the retina and a bottle of our signature wine in the glass, the Mediterranean atmosphere is turned up well on the terrace!

In the cabin, there is the possibility to hang clothes on hangers, just as there is a suitcase rack and a dining table in the cabin. There is also a kitchenette with hotplates, but without an extractor hood and running water. Most importantly, the beds are of good quality and ready for you on arrival. On the terrace, comfortable chairs await in a cozy seating environment.

At Hideaway Vingård, you can enjoy the view from the top of Fejø 18 meters above sea level, grab one of our tandem bikes and experience Fejø with the wind in your hair, or lounge around while time flies by unnoticed. Renting the cabin thus includes bedding, towels and the option to use a tandem. In addition, breakfast is included, which consists of organic coffee and tea, breakfast bread, cheese, jam, butter, cold cuts, yogurt, milk and muesli, and of course fresh fruit from the island in season. It is possible to buy lunch and a tour depending on when in the season you book in.

You will find toilet and bath in the newly built guest toilet (2021) with disabled facilities and a beautiful shower niche. We are the only ones on Fejø to have invested in a biological-chemical waste water treatment plant, and for that reason have collected all the waste water activities so that they are discharged into nature via this plant. For that reason, there is no toilet and shower in the cabin. There is a mini fridge in the cabin.

Common kitchen and cooking
The possibility to cook is available in the cozy communal kitchen which is shared by our 3 cabins. Here you can prepare our meal boxes or bring your own food. The communal kitchen is approx. 30m from the cabin, close to our exotic gardens. There is also a covered terrace where you can enjoy the view of the vineyard.

When purchasing meal boxes: 
You will receive the box when you have agreed with the host, which is done at check-in. These are dishes that are easy to make with a relatively short preparation time, based on local ingredients from skilled niche producers.

ATTENTION: Dogs are welcome, but on a lead as there are free range geese in the vineyard which are not allowed to be hunted. If you bring a dog, tick this off under additional purchases.

Tour of the vineyard, fig grove and winery with 2 tastings every day at DKK 15.00 DKK 150 Delicious lunch plate with 2 salads, the winery's own vine leaf rolls and Ravioli from Pasta Principato, of course also produced at Fejø.

From May to September, Traktørstedet is open for lunch at 12.00 – 15.00 every Saturday. There is a tour every Saturday at 3 p.m
