Do I need a profile? Yes, it requires that you have a user on Campanyon. From here you can manage your bookings, communicate with guests directly, send welcome messages, set prices, synchronize your calendar, and much more.

What payment methods are accepted? Campanyon accepts most payment methods, including MobilePay, Vipps, Klarna, credit cards, debit cards, and many other local payment options through Stripe.
How are cancellations and refunds handled? Cancellations and refunds are handled according to your cancellation policies, which you can set up in the system. Campanyon ensures that guests are informed and that refunds are processed quickly.
How does pricing work? You can easily manage prices for high season/low season, weekday/weekend, minimum stay lengths, create and manage discounts, and much more through your profile.
